Glen brings to Renewacorp three decades of outstanding leadership experience in P&L operations and sales management serving O.E.M. industries. Previously, Glen managed the Canadian subsidiary of a leading global manufacturer, overseeing two facilities and a team of 300 employees. He consistently produced operating results that surpassed profit, cash flow and business growth objectives and typically delivered return-on-sales two times greater than the industry average. Having built from senior management down, a strategically directed, engaged and empowered team, Glen successfully ramped up the business to number one ranking amongst a group of twenty units and held this position over multiple years. Glen was active in numerous successful acquisitions and subsequent consolidations and most recently converted a strategic acquisition generating a (25%/NSV or $4 million) annual operating loss, prior to the sale, into better than breakeven in less than eight months. Earlier, as a Sales Executive, he injected a vital leadership role in the direct selling of projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.
